Sealed bids from licensed contractors for construction of City of Emerson Water Tank Rehab Project in Emerson, Arkansas, will be received by the City of Emerson 102 N Hazel St., P.O. Box 275, Arkansas 71740 until 1:00 PM on Tuesday, November 28, 2023 and then at said location publicly opened and read aloud.
The scope of work consists of: Furnishing all labor, equipment, materials, supplies, and supervision necessary to complete the water tank rehabilitation project. The rehabilitation includes blasting and recoating the interior and exterior of the 50,000 gallon storage tank and installation of a backup generator.
Instructions to Bidders, ACEDP grant requirements, Bid and Contract Forms, Plans, Specifications, and other contract documents may be purchased from the Engineer for $100.00 per set. No refunds will be made.
The owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. Bidders may not withdraw their bids within 30 days after the date of bid opening and must provide bid bonds as required. All bidding processes shall be in accordance with State law.
