REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS (RFQ): CONSTRUCTION MANAGER AT RISK FOR PARKS AND RECREATION MAINTENACE SHOP - CITY OF SEARCY, ARKANSAS
Notice is hereby given that the City of Searcy is accepting statements of qualifications from construction management firms licensed to business within the State of Arkansas to provide, construction management / general contractor (CM/GC) services as a construction management at risk (CMAR) / guaranteed maximum project (GMP) for the repairs and remodel of the Parks and Recreation maintenance shop. Professional Services required include:
• Ensure all funds are spent in accordance with the State of Arkansas Procurement laws
• Guaranteed maximum price construction
• Estimating
• Sub-Contractor bidding
• Project and change order pricing
• Schedule control
• Cost reduction and control
• Project coordination
• Project close out
• Warranty
All interested firms may obtain a copy of the RFQ and shall provide general information on the firm, the firm’s experience on similar projects, and a resume of key personnel to:

All proposers shall submit one (1) paper copy of the Statement of Qualification (SOQ) as well as one (1) electronic copy. All responses must be received no later than May 6, 2024 at 4:00 pm. Any responses received after this deadline will not be considered.
