Stamps Water Pumps Project
Sealed bids from licensed contractors for the Stamps Water Pumps Project, will be received by Stamps, AR at City Hall. Attn: Stacie Mitchell-Gweah; 207 E. Antigo; Stamps, AR 71860. All bids must have “SEALED BID” clearly marked on the outside of the envelope. The bid opening will occur at the Stamps City Hall at 207 E. Antigo; Stamps, AR 71860. Bids will be received until 4:00 P.M. Tuesday, April 9, 2024 and then at said location publicly opened and read aloud. All bidders must be currently registered in SAM.gov .
The scope of work consists of: Remove two existing water pumps from site. Supply and install two new electric water pumps: 60 HP or standard equivalent, Tie-ins are 4” metal flange. Connect new pumps to the existing electrical circuit, drill and anchor pumps into current slab as needed, conduct product testing and start-up, transfer all warranties to the satisfaction of the City. The Stamps Water Utility will observe and approve the work.” Stamps reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. Bidders may not withdraw their bids within 30 days after bid opening. All bidding processes shall be in accordance with State law.
