Separate sealed bids for Project No. 23-19-C1, will be received by the City of Fort Smith, Arkansas, at the River Park Events Building, East Room, 121 Riverfront Dr., Fort Smith, Arkansas 72901 until 10:00 a.m. (Local Time), Thursday, April 25, 2024, and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud. Bids shall be addressed “City of Fort Smith, Utility Department, 801 Carnall Avenue, Suite 500, Fort Smith, Arkansas 72901” and shall be labeled bid for Project No. 23-19-C1. Bidders are to include their Arkansas License number on the outside of their sealed bid. Bids shall only be received from registered Bidders.
A Pre-Bid Conference for the project will be held at 10:00 A.M. (local time), April 11, 2024, at the River Park Events Building, East Room, 121 Riverfront Dr., Fort Smith, Arkansas, 72901. Attendance is mandatory if bidding this project.

Please call to schedule pickup of bid documents. Bid documents may be sent by mail upon receipt of payment by check plus $50.00 per set for shipping and handling. The owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids.
Each bidder must deposit with his bid, security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders.
All bidders must be licensed under the terms of Act 150 of the 1965 Acts of the Arkansas Legislature, including subsequent amendments, and considered by the Arkansas Contractors Licensing Board to be classified as a General Contractor for the classification required to perform the work identified as part of the project.
This publication was paid for by the City of Fort Smith Utility Department at the cost of $423.90 per Arkansas Act 954 of 2021.
