Nabholz Construction – Little Rock is accepting subcontractor / supplier pricing on the above referenced project. We invite you to bid on your scope of work. Please see below for access to the bid documents electronically or contact Chris Bartlett ( chris.bartlett@nabholz.com ).
A BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECT IS AS FOLLOWS:Renovation of existing facility at 805 W. Main, Cabot AR 72023 into a Tenant Space including new exterior façade improvements.This project is approx. 12,283 sf, one level (includes: selective site and structure demolition, site / building concrete, polished concrete, manufactured stonemasonry, structural/misc. steel, millwork / casework /solid surfaces, joint sealants, metal roof / wall panels, soffit panels (envista timberlock by epic metals), overhead doors, glass/glazing/storefront, acm wall panels, drywall / acoustical, flooring / tile / base, painting, doors/frames/hardware/specialties, canopy systems, fire protection/suppression, plumbing, HVAC, electrical / low voltage (generator), landscaping / irrigation, etc.).
Plans, specifications and bid documents will be available for reviewing electronically thru “BuildingConnected”.These digital documents can be accessed through a “Building Connected Invitation Notice” from Chris Bartlett ( chris.bartlett@nabholz.com ).Contact Chris Bartlett for access to BuildingConnected.CM Manual, Bid Form, Trade Packages, etc.… will be uploaded to “BuildingConnected”.
BIDS will be emailed to Chris Bartlett ( chris.bartlett@nabholz.com ), uploaded to “BuildingConnected” or dropped off at Nabholz Construction, 1718 Aldersgate Rd., Little Rock AR 72205 by 2:00 pm CST on March 7, 2023.
Bids are to be on a lump sum basis and must be filled out on the Nabholz Bid Form.Email bid form with bid bond to Chris Bartlett ( chris.barlett@nabholz.com ).Original copy of bid form / bid bond must be mailed to Nabholz Construction, 1718 Aldersgate Road, Little Rock, AR 72205 (Attention: Chris Bartlett) within 24 hours of bid date/time if emailing bid form.
Bids shall include all labor, material, applicable taxes, insurance, equipment, etc.… for a complete job / scope of work. If your bid or proposal on this project exceeds $50,000, please send a copy of your current Arkansas Contractors License. Once bids are received, they will be reviewed for completeness, and the responsible lowest bidder will be notified.All bids will be taken under advisement.
PREBID MEETING / SITE VISIT will be on February 28, 2023 at 9:00 am.Location of the Prebid Meeting / Site Visit is 805 W. Main, Cabot AR 72023. Parking will be at the front of existing facility.
Bidders must comply with regulatory and licensing requirements of the State of Arkansas and other applicable Arkansas statutes. To be considered, bidders must be licensed/registered on day of bid opening. Nabholz and the Owner reserve the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informality or irregularity in any bid.
