Sealed bids from licensed contractors for construction of England, AR Sewer Improvements 2023
England, Arkansas, will be received by City of England, AR until 11:00 am C.S.T. (Time) May 9, 2023 (Date) and then at said location publicly opened and read aloud.
The scope of work consists of sewer replacement, open cut and pipe bursting construction to Bidders, ACEDP grant requirements, Bid and Contract Forms, Plans, Specifications, and other contract documents may be examined and obtained ($100.00 cost per set obtained) at Bond Consulting Engineers East, Inc.; 3683 State Highway 77 North; Marion, AR 72364.
The owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. Bidders may not withdraw their bids within 30 days after the date of bid opening and must provide bid bonds as required. All bidding processes shall be in accordance with State law.
