TIME & PLACE: Sealed bids will be received for Stuttgart Arena & Ball Fields- Building Package project for Stuttgart School District, at the Nabholz Construction Services office, 612 Garland Street, Conway, AR, Tuesday, October 24th, 2023, until 2:00 PM, for the following Trade Package. Bids will be opened and read aloud with the Owner, Architect, and Construction Manager. Bids received after the above stated closing time will be returned to the bidder unopened. Bids are to be on a Lump Sum basis.

2. A brief description of the Project is as follows:
The Stuttgart Arena & Ball Fields- Early Site Package will be the earthwork, site utilities, landscaping, and hardscape for the new 40,000 square feet Arena, baseball, and softball fields.
EXAMINATION AND PROCUREMENT OF DOCUMENTS
3. Nabholz will use the standard Master Contract, Project Contract, and any amendments thereto, collectively, (the “Subcontract”), for all Subcontractors. Construction Manager will use standard Purchase Order (“PO”) for all Suppliers.
Copies of these documents are available in electronic or hard copy upon request. We may also require performance and payment bonds for Subcontractors using ConsensusDocs 706 and 707 by an acceptable surety company or require other forms of surety. All safety regulations, including, federal (OSHA), state, and local, Construction Manager policy, and Subcontract or Purchase Order shall be required of all personnel on the Project including Subcontractors, Suppliers, and second tier Subcontractors and Suppliers. See Section 007 Health and Safety Requirements in CM Manual. In addition, Construction Manager will enforce a NO SUBSTANCE ABUSE policy, and will not permit the use of tobacco on the Project site.
Nabholz is an AA/EOE. All Women Owned Businesses (WBE), Minority Owned Businesses (MBE), and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE), including women, minority, disabled or veteran-owned business, are encouraged to submit a proposal or bid.
BID REQUIREMENTS
4. The Owner & CM reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any formalities. The Bid Proposal shall be in accordance with the Invitation to Bid and all subsequent bid information.
5. Bidders shall indicate on the Bid Form, their bond rate, either as a Lump Sum based on bid amount or as a percentage of their total bid. Bidders DO NOT need to include the cost of a Performance and Payment bond in their bid
6. A Bid Bond or other Bid Security in the amount of Five Percent (5%) of the total bid is required to be submitted with each bid.

Bidders should include in their bid the cost of insurance at the following limits:

• Contractual Liability Coverage
• Per Project Aggregate
• Additional Insured Endorsement (CG20l0 11/85 or equivalent).
Wording should provide coverage not only for ongoing operations but also for completed operations. A copy should be included with the certificate of insurance.
• Additional insured wording as follows: “Nabholz Construction Corporation, and all of its subsidiaries, affiliates, employees, agents and principals are named as additional insured”
• Insurance is primary and non-contributory
• A Waiver of Subrogation applies
