The City of Conway, Arkansas (City) is seeking a qualified architectural firm to provide architectural services to construct a new solid waste operations and maintenance facility to be located at 4500 U.S. Highway 64 West in Conway, Arkansas. The project will include facilities to accommodate administrative offices, heavy truck and equipment repair and maintenance, employee break and locker room areas, as well as, onsite parking, drainage, lighting, landscaping, and other items. The City is seeking proposals with the goal of contracting with a firm with CNG vehicle repair facility design experience.
Firms are encouraged to register for and submit proposals online at Arkansas.ionwave.net . Firms may also email Jamie.brice@conwayarkansas.gov for the RFQ document. Sealed qualification packages plainly marked ‘ATTN: Jamie Brice - Solid Waste Operations Center’ on the outside envelope may be mailed or delivered by 3:00 p.m. local time on September 13, 2023, to the Procurement Office, City of Conway, 1111 Main Street, Conway, AR 72032.
Request for Qualifications (RFQ) will be opened publicly at City Hall, 1111 Main Street, Conway AR, 72032 at the time responses are due.
