The State University of New York, Buffalo State University, will receive sealed bids for project number 031090 titled Repair Steam Condensate, Sports Arena until 2:00 p.m. local time on Tuesday, April 2, 2024, at Cleveland Hall, Room 406, where bid proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud.

Description: Replace approximately 250' of steam and condensate piping located in underground tunnel adjacent to the Gymnasium and the Sports Arena. The leaking section of steam and condensate lines will be isolated and replaced in-kind. At the conclusion of this project, all concrete sidewalks will be restored and disturbed areas will be seeded.

A non-mandatory pre-bid conference and site inspection will be held at Buffalo State University on Friday, March 22, 2024, at 1:00 p.m. local time with all contractors assembled at Sports Arena / Houston Gym entrance adjacent to the softball field. Failure to attend will not be grounds for extra compensation due to field conditions encountered on this project.
