Description: The Genesee Transportation Council (GTC) seeks proposals for consulting services to conduct the Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) Best Practices Study. The purpose of this project is to investigate potential improvement opportunities with the joint GTC/NYSDOT Region-4 TIP development process, with a focus on the project rating and prioritization processes. The RFP Package will be made available on Friday, March 22, 2024.
