Requesting proposals for Contruction Manager Services. The Genesee County "Engine House" is a county owned facility at 3 Main Street in Batavia NY, 14020. The historic building currently houses the County Facilities and Public Defenders departments. Genesee County has selected an architect to complete design drawings to renovate a portion of the "Engine House" to expand office space for the Public Defenders. The County has selected SWBR with offices in Rochester, NY as the Architectural firm for the project.
