Description: SCOPE Provide labor equipment and material to rebuild, upgrade or furnish and deliver new sewage grinder units for the Rockland County Sewer District #1 (RCSD #1) as per the specifications. Units are Muffin Monster Sewage Grinders manufactured by JWC Environmental/Disposable Waste Systems or Franklin Miller. Work will be on an as needed basis. The County of Rockland shall determine to refurbish the specified units on an as needed basis or replace specific units on an as needed basis.
