The State University Construction Fund (SUCF) is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from consultants to provide design and construction administration services for the Reconstruct North Library/Toll Drive Plaza Site and Utilities project at the State University of New York at Stony Brook.

This Project will reconstruct a pedestrian plaza area near North Library and Student Union along Toll Drive. Site work includes concrete and asphalt paving, retaining walls, planters, grounds repair and site utility repair and reconfiguration including but not limited to: storm water management, sanitary, high voltage and low voltage electrical systems and minor water proofing of adjacent building foundations.

The construction value is estimated at approximately $19,600,000.

Once registered, consultants will receive an email with the applicable Request for Qualifications (RFQ) and the link to upload your Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) at the submission deadline.
