The work of this single bid project includes but is not limited to the following: electrical and telecommunications duct bank and manholes, site demolition and restoration, electrical medium voltage feeders, replacement of transformers and switches, modification of doorways, and electrical service connection to buildings per the Contract Documents.

A project walk-through has been scheduled for April 2, 2024 at 1:00 p.m., meeting at Clark Service Building A.

All bidders must present evidence of skill, experience and financial qualifications per Information to Bidders, Section 7 of the project specs. Subcontracting is permitted (Section 2.18 of SUCF Agreement). Principal subcontractors must be named within 48 hrs after bid opening per Information for Bidders Section 8. Bidders must submit within 48 hrs either certification of its NYS VendRep questionnaire (preferred) or a signed and notarized paper CCA2 form (Version 9/13 only), Attachments A, B, and C, Appendix A form, work descriptions, and preliminary project schedule.
