The NYS Office of Mental Health’s Greater Binghamton Health Center is seeking to procure, through Invitation for Bid (IFB) C202075, a Contractor to provide Preventive Maintenance of Chillers & Refrigeration and Ancillary Systems at Greater Binghamton Health Center, located at: 425 Robinson Street, Binghamton, NY 13904

The Program Work Plan with Preventative Maintenance Tasks, Equipment List, Schedule Matrix, etc. is located in Appendix D of the Contract Boilerplate. Interested Vendors should review the Contract Boilerplate and IFB document for further information. Included with these documents is a Bid Quote Sheet in Excel format that should be used and returned to submit your bid.

A Mandatory site visit will be held on Tuesday, March 26, 2024, at 10:00 AM ET. Visitors will need to sign in at : 425 Robinson Street, Binghamton, NY 13904, Building 54 Plant Facilities. Site visit registration can be accomplished by completing and sending the Site Visit Registration Form (Attachment B of the IFB) no later than Monday, March 25, 2024, by 3 PM ET. Only those vendors who attend the site visit will be eligible to bid.

Questions from bidders attending the site visit are to be submitted by Thursday, April 4, 2024, by 3 PM ET per the instructions in the IFB. Questions and Answers will be sent to all bidders attending the site visit, as well as posted to the NY CR ad, on April 11, 2024.

Bids are due no later than 3 PM ET on Thursday, April 25, 2024.

The following Minority and Women Business Enterprises (MWBE), and Service Disabled Veteran Owned Businesses (SVDOB), Participation Goals are established for this contract. 16% MBE, 14%WBE, and 6% SDVOB goals.
