Bids shall be received in accordance with the New York State Public Bidding Laws for the North Creek Ski Bowl Lodge Project located at Ski Bowl Road in North Creek, NY 12853. The work of this multiple bid project includes the construction of an approximately 18,500 square foot, two story Ski Lodge and approximately 7,000 square foot, two story Zip Line Adventure System Building. The Project includes all labor, tools, equipment, materials, temporary facilities and profit & overhead to construct the North Creek Ski Bowl Lodge and the Zip Line Adventure System Building. The North Creek Ski Bowl Lodge includes dining, kitchen, restaurant, ski patrol, rental, retail, and administration spaces and the Zip Line Adventure System Building includes zipline loading deck, storage, sprinkler room, and electrical room spaces.
