State University of New York College of Environmental Science and Forestry will receive sealed Bids for our 2024-2027 Term Contracts for Trades. These are three-year term contracts for time and material work and services for the following locations and trades categories:

Bids will be received until 2:00 p.m. Local Time on April 22, 2024. There will be a hybrid public bid opening in the SUNY ESF Syracuse Campus Physical Plant Building, 209 Conference Room. The virtual link is in the Information for Bidders.

For each proposal submitted, the following information will be read aloud: 1) name

of contractor; 2) trade category for which they are bidding; and 3) the markup percentages

entered on the Bid Form. SUNY ESF will review all bids and verify accuracy of

minimum qualifications and submission of all required documents. Bidders will be

formally notified of the official results in writing after the bid opening.

An optional pre-bid conference will be held on Friday, April 5, 2024 at 10 a.m. at SUNY ESF, Marshall Hall Room 24 , 1 Forestry Drive, Syracuse, NY 13210, at which time the University will consider questions on bidding. Interested parties may attend either in-person or virtually via the link in the Information for Bidders, Section 1 – Invitation to Bid. Bids must be submitted in duplicate in accordance with the instructions contained

in the Information for Bidders including completed Bid Form, proof of Minimum

Qualification, New York State Finance Law §§139-j and 139-k, Vendor Responsibility

Questionnaire.
