SUNY Upstate Medical University intends to contract for an Medication Reconciliation System for Patient Safety

System Requirements
The expected activities, hardware, training and performance includes:

1.Must have a stand alone web based interface

2. Must have the capacity to employ an EPIC integrated platform as a complement to stand alone platform.

3. Must have 24/7 US-based customer support

4. Must allow active solicitation (without charge to pharmacy or institutional customer) of additional participating pharmacies to increase prescription data capture.

5. Must have dynamic search capabilities that allow for patient identification.

6. Must be able to obtain data beyond the standard database; ie: cash prescriptions, independent pharmacies, specialty pharmacies.

Minimum Qualifications
Applicant must be eligible to do business with New York State
