The NYS Office of Mental Health and Rockland Psychiatric Center are seeking to procure, through an Invitation for Bid (IFB), a Contractor to provide Preventive Maintenance and Water Treatment at Rockland PC's Hudson River and Middletown Campuses at Rockland Psychiatric Center located at 140 Old Orangeburg Road, Orangeburg, NY 10962.

The Program Work Plan with Preventative Maintenance Tasks, Equipment List, Schedule Matrix, etc. is located in Appendix D of the Contract Boilerplate. Interested Vendors should review the Contract Boilerplate and IFB document for further information. Included with these documents is a Bid Quote Sheet in Excel format that should be used to submit your bid.

A Mandatory site visit will be held on March 13, 2024, at 9:00 AM EST. The visit will be at 23 Ashley Avenue, WC Building 729, Middletown, NY 10940. Interested bidders are to sign in at the main entrance. Attendees will also need to travel to the Hudson River Campus at 10 Ross Circle, Poughkeepsie, NY 12601 for the 2 ^nd half of the visit. Site visit registration can be accomplished by completing and sending the Site Visit Registration Form (Attachment B of the IFB) no later than March 12, 2024, by 3:00 PM EST.

Questions from bidders attending the site visit are to be submitted by March 20, 2024, by 3:00 PM EST per the instructions in the IFB. Questions and Answers will be sent to all bidders attending the site visit, as well as posted to this ad, on March 27, 2024.

Bids are due no later than 3:00 PM EST on Wednesday, April 3, 2024.
