Binghamton University is seeking a qualified contractor to renovate an approx. 7,500 sqft area of the first floor and approx. 6,600 sqft area of the second floor of the existing building at 10 Gannett Drive, Johnson City, NY 13790 in order to create a Facility for the Speech and Language Pathology Department.

Electrical Scope of work: The work includes, but is not limited to demolition of existing lighting, power, fire alarm and special system devices, installation of new lighting, new general power distribution utilizing existing electrical panels, expansion of and modifications to the existing fire alarm system, raceways for data jacks, the Wifi system and security cameras as well as raceways, cabling and devices for the door access system and a clinical camera system.

A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for Monday October 23, 2023 at 11:00 AM in conference room C of the physical Facilities building. Please reference Binghamton University's website for parking instructions.
