RIOC is seeking a panel of licensed and qualified contractors. Eligible firms shall be responsible for providing services including but not limited to the following:
On-call emergency repairs of any HVAC equipment that is critical for the operations of any office or building. Execute on a routinely basis, as planned and coordinated with director of engineering, all preventative and corrective maintenance to ensure continuous equipment reliability and operability as intended in its original design and sizing to condition a designated space for comfort cooling or heating. Contractor shall also be able directly or through a third party, produce duct and instrumentation drawings if required in new or existing installations for proper air flow management, and to conduct air balancing and leak checks along the air duct and produce technical reports.

Contractors are expected to respond to emergency calls no later than four (4) hours after notification by RIOC representatives.
