The principal features of the work to be performed and equipment to be provided for this Project under this Contract include all labor, equipment, fees, and other related costs necessary to provide for the bypassing of influent flow from the existing treatment wastewater system, removal of the existing wastewater treatment system and construction of a Water Reclamation Plant within the existing treatment plant building at the Town of Brookhaven Town Hall site, One Independence Hill, Farmingville, NY 11738.

This project is being supported, in whole or in part, by federal award number SLRFP1985 awarded to the Town of Brookhaven by the U.S. Department of the Treasury.

The Town of Brookhaven has established an overall 30% goal for Minority and Women-Owned Business Enterprises (MWBE) participation (15% MBE and 15% WBE) for this project. The Contractor shall make, and document, all good faith efforts made to achieve the MWBE Goal.
