New York City College of Technology (the College) of The City University of New York (CUNY) is seeking expressions of interest from vendors who can provide an integrated DNA generation sequencing system (quantity of 1).

Product Requirements:

Desktop sequencing system integrated for automated generation of DNA , 30x human genome in a single run;

High through-put for clonal clusters by bridge amplification, sequencing, primary analysis, array scanning and push button operation with streamlined sample-to-results;

Embedded touchscreen monitor and on-instrument computer and sequencing control software with 12 months warranty (including parts and labor);

Particular Specifications ? RFD tracking, 96 GB RAM, 750 GB, Windows Operating Unit, LED and non-condensing 20%-80% relative humidity; and

Seamless fit into laboratory, with no need for specialized equipment

If you are interested in providing this system to the College and meet all of the foregoing requirements, please submit via email (a) your expression of interest; and (b) a statement and copies of relevant documents showing that you meet each of the foregoing requirements no later than the due date set below. Any purchase that results from this advertisement shall be governed by the Universitys standard Terms and Conditions, Purchase Order and Standard Clauses for New York State Contracts (Appendix A).

Under the requirements of the Procurement Lobbying Act (PLA), all communications regarding advertised procurement are to be channeled through the Designated Contact. Communication with respect to this procurement initiated by or on behalf of an interested vendor through others than the Designated Contact may constitute an impermissible contact under NYS law and could result in disqualification of that vendor.
