Courier Service
Description:
The State of New York Office of General Services (OGS), Mail and Freight Services,
through this solicitation is seeking to enter into a contract with a qualified and
responsible Contractor to provide dedicated courier service to pick up in Albany, NY;
deliver to New York, NY; and then return to Albany, NY.
The following minimum requirements must be met by each Bidder:
1. Bidder must be a New York State Certified Minority/Women Owned Business
Enterprise (M/WBE), or a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Business (SDVOB).
2. Bidder must have at least three consecutive years of experience providing courier
services in similar size and scope as required by this solicitation. Brokers will
not be considered.
