The Owner is the City of Buffalo and the work site is located in the City of Buffalo. The project limits are: Abbott Road from Meriden Street to Dorrance Avenue.

The work includes providing all labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment and other means of construction necessary and incidental to the completion of the work shown on the plans and described in these specifications including, but not necessarily limited to the following: Install all new curb, curb bump-outs, drainage structures, sidewalk, street lighting and new traffic signals at Downing Street, Hollywood Avenue and Shenandoah Road, Woodside Avenue, and Lorraine Avenue and Cazenovia Street. Install a new Roundabout which will include the full depth reconstruction of the intersection of Red Jacket Parkway, Warren Spahn Way, Potters Road and Abbott Road.

This is a Federal Aid Project and NYSDOT Standard Specifications, officially finalized and adopted on January 1, 2024 as posted on the New York State Department of Transportation’s website must be followed by the successful bidder.
