Livingston County (“the County”) is requesting proposals for mobility management services. The organization chosen to fulfill this role will work closely with County stakeholders in relation to the County’s mobility management program to coordinate vehicular transportation for persons of all ages with a special focus on low-income individuals, families, and seniors. Mobility management services could be accomplished through one staff member or several within the same organization, herein referred to as “the Mobility Manager”. The Mobility Manager will coordinate transportation activities and serve as a centralized resource for available transportation services.

The Mobility Manager’s role will be focused on continuing the existing program with County human service agency staff and clients to facilitate efficient trip planning, booking, and payments, while expanding the program to all persons in Livingston County. This service shall include coordination between multiple providers, agencies, and user groups with a strong focus on shared services.
