Reconfiguration of the E State St and Barry St intersection including full depth

reconstruction and the implementation of a mini roundabout with splitter islands, concrete

curbs, pavement markings and signage. Construction of a concrete trail along the north

side of E State St. Limited storm water system improvements, milling and resurfacing

of asphalt pavement, street lighting construction and landscape items.
