The nature of the project consists of comprehensive Wastewater Treatment Plant upgrades and upgrades to the main pump station. Separate contracts will be awarded for General Construction, Electrical Construction, Plumbing Construction, and HVAC Construction pursuant to New York General Municipal Law 101.

Separate sealed Bids on forms prepared by the Owner will be received by the Dutchess County Water and Wastewater Authority until 1:00 PM (local time) Friday, April 26, 2024, for the following contracts:

1. Tivoli Wastewater Plant Reconstruction & Pump Station Upgrade – General Construction – Contract No. PWC-TVS-2023-01
2. Tivoli Wastewater Plant Reconstruction & Pump Station Upgrade – Electrical Construction – Contract No. PWC-TVS-2023-02
3. Tivoli Wastewater Plant Reconstruction & Pump Station Upgrade – Plumbing Construction – Contract No. PWC-TVS-2023-03
4. Tivoli Wastewater Plant Reconstruction & Pump Station Upgrade – HVAC Construction – Contract No. PWC-TVS-2023-04

All submissions shall be in accordance with the Information for Bidders, Drawings, and Specifications prepared by Wright-Pierce Engineering Consultants, P.C., 6 Executive Park Drive, Suite B, Clifton Park, NY 12065.

The Owner will conduct Non-Mandatory, Pre-bid Meetings and Site Visits at 9:00 AM local time on Tuesday, April 2, 2024, and Thursday, April 4, 2024 , starting with a presentation at the Tivoli Village Hall, 86 Broadway, Tivoli, NY 12583 and continuing to the Pump Station (101 Broadway) and the Wastewater Treatment Facility (26 Public Works Drive). All bidders desiring to respond to this solicitation are encouraged to attend one of these meetings.
