The Village of Wellsburg owns and maintains a municipal drinking water system. The Village seeks professional engineering services to complete proposed improvements to various components of their drinking water system. The Village is hereby requesting Licensed Professional Engineers to submit qualification packages in response to this Request for Qualifications to conduct planning, design, and construction phase consulting services. The project will generally consist of:

• Constructing two new water storage tanks
• Decommissioning 3 existing water storage tanks
• Water main replacement
• Developing a secondary water supply
• Installation of a standby generator for the well and well house
