SUNY Empire is looking for a CRM to stay connected with alumni and donors by managing communication and engagement, organizing events, tracking constituent data, increasing alumni and donor engagement, cultivating stewardship and long-term donor retention, and strengthening alumni affinity. The CRM will serve as a multifaceted tool designed to enhance the engagement, management, research and analysis of alumni and donor interactions and relationships.

Objectives include:

2. Improve Donor Data Accuracy and Completeness
3. Facilitate Contribution Management
4. Enhance Alumni Engagement and Facilitate Tracking
5. Enhance Donor Engagement and Facilitate Tracking
6. Execute a Robust Fundraising Strategy
7. Streamline Event Management
8. Streamline Volunteer Management
9. Enhance Communication and Marketing
10. Facilitate and Organize Donor and Alumni Research
11. Optimize Operational Efficiency
12. Drive Strategic Decision-Making
13. Ensure Scalability and Flexibility

The CRM will be hosted in a Cloud-based solution (SaaS) , and will integrate with the university’s ERP, Banner 9 and external APIs. Attached to this document (RFP and NYCR ad) is the Technical Specification Response Document (TSRD) associated with this solicitation . SUNY Empire requires the bidder to complete the TSRD as part of its response to this procurement .

The results of this RFP will be used to award a three-year contract with the option to renew for an additional two-year period, to a vendor determined to be most qualified to meet SUNY Empire’s needs as described in this RFP.
