Description of goods to services to be bid:

The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to invite external stakeholders to review and comment on several key changes and focus areas of an expedited OREC RFP, as directed by the Public Service Commission in the October 12 2023 Order Denying Petitions Seeking to Amend Renewable Energy Contracts. Through this RFI, NYSERDA is seeking information from interested stakeholders, including offshore wind project developers and owners, renewable energy system equipment manufacturers and supply chain partners, domestic steel mills and steel component manufacturers, engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) firms, agricultural stakeholders, labor stakeholders, project host municipalities, industrial development agencies (IDAs), disadvantaged communities, minority- and women-owned business enterprises (MWBEs), Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Businesses (SDVOBs), other public or private stakeholders and members of the general public. Stakeholders responding to this RFI are referred to throughout as “Respondents.”
