Nature of Work/Contract Title: Grant Management System

Description of Work: Minnesota Housing requests proposals from vendors and consultants experienced in providing technology solutions for a Grant Management System. Minnesota Housing awards and administers approximately 351 grants totaling over $120 million, on a bi-annual basis. A grants management solution is needed to administer hundreds of various grants across the Agency, currently managed by multiple program managers and support staff. Overall, the various grants go through similar processes involving: a) Application submission, review, and selection process b) Due diligence and contract execution c) Payment processing d) Monitoring and Reporting e) Closeout process A Grant Management System that will be efficiently and effectively manage our grants and meet the Agency's business needs to standardizing process and system for the entire agency, transmitting of documents and data, centralizing communication, reporting, setting workflow automation and providing security and administrative capabilities.
