The Fort Worth Independent School District is accepting RFP's (Request for Proposals) for 21-091-F Technology - Product, Materials, Services, and Equipment that will be purchased on an "as needed" basis.
The period of performance is from the date of award through June 30th 2026. All purchase orders dated and issued will be subject to the terms and conditions of this RFP.
It is the intent of this Solicitation to establish a discount from shelf pricing contract. Proposers should indicate a primary discount (even if the discount is "0%" or shelf price), but may offer multiple discounts by category and/or total purchase. These items will normally be purchased in small quantities on an "As Needed" basis by more than 150 campuses and departments throughout the city of Fort Worth and Tarrant County.
This is a non-exclusive proposal. FWISD reserves the right to publish supplemental proposals to add additional vendors.
If you have responded to and have been awarded on a previous bid with the same name and bid number (21-091, 21-091-A, 22-091-B, 21-091-C, 21-091-D and 21-091-E), you DO NOT need to respond to this bid. Your award is still valid.
