The Fort Worth Independent School District is accepting RFP's (Request for Proposal) for Lawn Mowing Services for Campuses & Non-Instructional Facilities that will be purchased on an "as needed" basis.

The period of performance is from the date of award to June 30th, 2025 with option to renew for three (3) additional years in one (1) year increments, ending June 30th, 2028. All purchase orders dated and issued will be subject to the terms and conditions of this RFP.

A pre-proposal meeting will be held Tuesday, March 26th at 11:00a in the Operations Management Conference Room at 4200 Lubbock Ave, Fort Worth, TX 76115. Each vendor who submits a proposal for consideration is highly encouraged to either be present at the meeting or have an authorized representative present.
