Sealed Bid #24010 - Annual Requirements for Waste & Drinking Water Lab testing and Analysis
The City of La Porte is seeking competitive offers for waste water and drinking water lab testing and analysis services. Any lab making an offer for waste water testing and analysis must be accredited as per 30 TAC, Chapter 25, Environmental Testing Lab Accreditation and Certification and for drinking water testing and analysis must be accredited as per 30 Title, Texas Administrative Code 290.121(a) Environmental Testing Lab Accreditation and Certification. TCEQ NELAP accreditation is mandatory. Failure to notify the city of any change in lab certification or accreditations in a timely manner may be cause for termination of this agreement.
