| Pre-bid meeting: | Mandatory Site Meeting: 1. Suppliers are required to attend one (1) mandatory meeting to familiarize themselves with the required Deliverables. The mandatory meeting will take place as noted below. The site meeting will not be available at any other time. 2. F.J. Horgan Water Treatment Plant, 201 Copperfield Road, Toronto, ON M1E 3T9, from 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM local Toronto time on November 30, 2023. Attendees to meet at the Front Entrance (South Parking Lot). 3. Suppliers must advise the Procurement Contact via email at least three (3) working days prior to the site meeting and provide the name and contact information (telephone/email address) of the personnel that will be attending. 4. Suppliers must sign the attendance sheet at the mandatory meeting during the designated date and time for their Bid to be considered. Bids submitted by Suppliers that do not attend the mandatory meeting or fail to sign the attendance sheet shall be declared non-compliant. 5. The Supplier Representatives must provide their own personal protective equipment (PPE) prior to the meeting. Mandatory PPE includes hard hat, high visibility vest and safety boots (minimum CSA Green Patch). 6. No statement or information provided in such meeting by either the City or the Suppliers will amend any provision of this RFT or the Contract, or may be relied upon by a Supplier in the RFT process or its Bid, except and to the extent such statement or information is later confirmed through the issuance of an Addendum. | |||
