This Negotiated Request for Proposal - nRFP is an invitation by the City of Toronto (“City”) to prospective Suppliers to submit Bids for Provision of Asset Management Services and Solutions for the City’s Corporate Real Estate Management Division (CREM), as further described in Part 3 (the “Deliverables”) of the nRFP. Services include but are not limited to: 1. Documenting the conditions of the City’s assets 2. Identify and implement continuous improvements that are consistent with the City’s objectives. 3. Management and administration; 4. Asset Tagging and Building Assessment; 5. Updates to Collected City Data; 6. Asset Management Planning Support; and 7. Cost Estimating. |
