Project Description: This project will include a new solar array canopy structure in parking lot E-18 with connections to the City of Seattle and UW electrical grids. The project will allow for future connection to electric vehicle charging stations, include a new electrical service connections and will involve modifications to an existing electrical service(s). The project locations are in an area previously used as a landfill or related buffer zone susceptible to differential settlement. The project will include below grade scope and incorporate support elements and other accommodations to provide surface stability and uniformity.
