Campbell County School District #1is looking at entering into a multi-year (3 - 5 years) contract for towel & tissue paper and related items.

Bidder will need to include cost of installation for dispensers. Quantities listed are projected annual usage. The dispenser counts are approximate, spread out over 29 locations. Please include pricing schedule/guarantees in your bid documents.

Bidders must submit samples including dispensers of any alternates being bid. Samples must be received no later than 11:00 a.m. on 12/6/2022.

CCSD recognizes that there are a lot of options and alternates available to what is currently being used and may also consider non-proprietary products as we are looking to maximize savings on these products. We may also consider switching all locations over to one type of toilet tissue.

New dispensers will be installed June and July 2023.
