MPID 0015357, PWP CL-2023-201
The Work consists of the construction of a new ER and new TRs throughout the school. Installation of new

cabling infrastructure shall be replaced with new cabling for upgraded low voltage systems. Upgrade the

new ER and TR spaces. Electrical changes will primarily focus around the new power requirements of the new
ER and TRs, including new panels and feeders. New lighting fixtures will be required for the new ER and TR
spaces, and any other areas where the ceilings have been impacted by the construction scope. Provide new
ceilings where required along new in-ceiling pathways. Demo old low voltage systems’ infrastructure once new
systems are online. Demo legacy coaxial cabling and associated splitters, amps, etc. Replace (2) lighting
inverters and battery cabinets in theater building. Replace a single HVAC package unit on top of Auxiliary Gym.
