ADVERTISEMENT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT sealed Bids for the following services will be received by the Monroe
County Water Authority (the “Authority”) at its Operations Center, 475 Norris Drive, Rochester, New York
14610-0999, pursuant to Section 1108 of the Public Authorities Law, until 10:00 AM prevailing time on
Thursday, April 18th, 2024 at which time and place they will be opened and read aloud. The Authority
reserves the right to reject any and all Bids.
Install 4,600 linear feet of 8-inch ductile iron water main, 120 linear feet of 8” HDPE water main and
appurtenances along Frisbee Hill Road in the Town of Greece.
A non-mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held at 1:00 PM on Thursday, April 11th, 2024 via WebEx.
The Bidding Documents, including drawings, may be obtained from Monroe County Water Authority by
contacting Tom Doerr at Tom.Doerr@mcwa.com or (585) 442-2001 x460 or by contacting Cady Joy at
Cady.Joy@mcwa.com or (585) 442-2001 x268. The Operations Center is currently closed to the public.
The Bidding Documents can be picked up at the Operations Center by making arrangements with Mr.
Doerr or Ms. Joy. The Bidding Documents can also be sent out via FEDEX. There is no fee for the Bidding
Documents.
