ADVERTISEMENT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT sealed Bids for the following services will be received by the Monroe
County Water Authority (the "Authority") at its Operations Center, 475 Norris Drive, Rochester, New York
14610-0999, pursuant to Section 1108 of the Public Authorities Law, until 11:00 a.m. prevailing time on
Monday, February 26, 2024 at which time and place they will be opened and recorded. The Authority
reserves the right to reject any and all Bids.
Pavilion BPS Generator
Furnish and deliver one lO0kW, 480 VAC, 60Hz, 3 phase diesel powered engine generator, level 2 sound
attenuated outdoor enclosure, automatic transfer switch and appurtenances.
The Bidding Documents may be obtained from the Monroe County Water Authority by contacting Thomas
Doerr at Tom.Doerr@mcwa.com or (585) 442-2001 x460 or by contacting Cady Joy at
Cady.Joy@mcwa.com or (585) 442-2001 x 268. The Operations Center is currently closed to the public.
The Bidding Documents can be picked up at the Operations Center by making arrangements with Mr.
Doerr or Ms. Joy. The Bidding Documents can also be sent out via FEDEX. There is no fee for the Bidding
Documents.
