ADVERTISEMENT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT sealed Bids for the following services will be received by the Monroe
County Water Authority (the “Authority”) at its Operations Center, 475 Norris Drive, Rochester, New York
14610-0999, pursuant to Section 1108 of the Public Authorities Law, until 10:00 a.m. prevailing time on
Tuesday, April 16, 2024 at which time and place they will be opened and recorded. The Authority
reserves the right to reject any and all Bids.
Colonnade Drive and Glen Iris Drive Water Main Replacements
Furnish and install approximately 4,800 linear feet of 6” ductile iron water main and appurtenances
on Colonnade Drive and Glen Iris Drive in the Town of Henrietta.
A non-mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday April 9, 2024 via WebEx video
or telephone conferencing. If you wish to attend the video conference please email the Procurement
Officer, Matt Smith at Matt.smith@MCWA.com to obtain an invite.
The Bidding Documents, including drawings, may be obtained from the Monroe County Water Authority
by contacting Thomas Doerr at Tom.Doerr@MCWA.com or (585) 442-2001 ext. 460 or by contacting Cady
Joy at Cady.Joy@MCWA.com or (585) 442-2001 ext. 268. The Bidding Documents can be picked up at the
Operations Center by making arrangements with Mr. Doerr or Ms. Joy or can be sent out via FedEx by
providing a valid FedEx account number. There is no fee for the Bidding Documents.
