Contractor shall provide to Queens College (“College”) of the City University of New York (“University”) with Fire Extinguisher maintenance, inspection, weighing, tagging and recharging of approximately one thousand (1000) portable and wheeled fire extinguisher units, and three (3) pre-engineered fire suppression systems as set forth in the attached Scope of Work. Contract will be awarded for 1 year with an option to renew for four (4) additional one (1) year terms.
