3/19/24 - ADDENDUM 1 AND QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS HAVE BEEN POSTED
For Juneteenth 2024, the City of New Rochelle seeks to continue, and build on to, the celebrations that have occurred since 2020. To do so the City seeks to contract with an organization to lead the development, management, and execution of a single event at City Hall designed to commemorate the 2024 Juneteenth Holiday. Please see attached Exhibit F which details the available areas for activation at, and around, City Hall.
The intent of this RFP is to have the awarded organization enter into a Production Services Agreement with the City of New Rochelle for a period of one (1) year with an option to renew, upon mutual consent in writing, for two (2) additional one (1) year terms.
All questions must be submitted in writing via e-mail, no later than noon, March 15, 2024, to kconca@newrochelleny.com

The City reserves the right to amend the RFP based on questions and issues raised at any time prior to the RFP submission deadline.
