The City of Upper Arlington is seeking bids for products related to our turf maintenance program.

Bidders may bid on any or all Items/products. However, the City reserves the right to award separate purchase orders for any Items or combination of Items, to serve its own best interests. It is the intent of the City to award the lowest and best bidder(s) to fulfill this purchase order.

Seed Products

General Specifications for all Seed products requested below:

1. Product must be guaranteed Poa Free

2. If TM/ trademark name is specified substitution will not be accepted

3. Cultivars must be suitable for athletic fields.

4. All bags must be on pallets and weight of pallet not to exceed maximum 1 ton.

5. Cost bid includes Delivery to 4100 Roberts Rd Columbus OH 43228 must deliver within delivery range date specified in the Bid Worksheet.
