Description:
Allendale County is requesting proposal from interested firms experienced in water and wastewater utility planning and evaluation. Project will include an assessment of current technical, physical, managerial, operational and financial capacity to serve existing customers and provide future growth capacity in a sustainable manner. This project is being funded in whole or in part by a state grant from Rural Infrastructure Authority.
