Description:
Berkeley County is seeking qualified contractors to undergo a renovation of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Alarm systems. All new MEP systems will be provided and installed, will meet all current building, energy and local codes to the Tri-Community Center located at 1708 Poplar Hill Drive Cross, SC 29436 as part of a CDBG Grant.
