Description:
Provide construction services to renovate the Central Energy Facility. Scope includes renovation as follows: cooling tower(s) (4,000 Tons) & associated pumps/piping; chiller pumps & piping; underground chilled water distribution piping. Replace central steam with designated HW boilers around campus. Provide temporary cooling during outages. Building envelope/roof renovation. Electrical & controls upgrade. AC5 and HT5 licenses will be required.
