Description:
McCormick County will be accepting sealed bids to replace flooring at the Judicial Building, 211 West Augusta St. Bids shall include: removal of existing flooring, any prep work on existing concrete, installing new LVT flooring, installing new 6" Coe base, moving all furniture. Bids must includ labor, materials and clean up/haul away. Allowance of $3.80 per squre foot, the owner will approve material before bid is awarded.
